1. Initiating a Refund Request

To request a refund, submit a written request through our online portal, email, or by contacting your CruiseVacationsHub representative. Please provide your booking ID and any relevant documentation (e.g., confirmation email or cancellation notice) within 14 days of cancellation for prompt processing.

2. Cruise Line Cancellations

If CruiseVacationsHub or the cruise operator cancels your trip or delays departure by more than 48 hours, you are entitled to one of the following options:

  • A full refund of all payments made for the cruise fare, processed within 10 business days.
  • A Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equivalent to 110% of the paid fare, valid for 18 months.

3. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations initiated by guests are subject to the following tiered refund structure, based on the cruise line’s terms:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
  • 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund or 100% FCC, subject to cruise line discretion.
  • Less than 30 days: No cash refunds; FCC may be offered based on availability.
  • Early termination after boarding: No refunds or credits apply.

4. No-Shows and Incomplete Travel

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Failure to board without prior notice (no-shows).
  • Denied boarding due to incomplete travel documents.
  • Voluntary early disembarkation or trip interruptions.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days, depending on the cruise line and financial institution. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once processed.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • CruiseVacationsHub administrative and booking fees.
  • Third-party credit card processing fees.
  • Travel insurance premiums, unless explicitly covered by the insurance provider.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable (e.g., closed account), an CruiseVacationsHub account credit will be issued, transferable to an alternative payment method upon verification.

8. Future Cruise Credit (FCC)

When the FCC is issued:

  • Credits are personalized, non-transferable, and valid for 18 months from issuance.
  • Usage is subject to cruise line availability and booking terms.
  • FCC may be applied to any CruiseVacationsHub sailing, with no blackout dates.

9. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 21 days of your scheduled departure. Unresolved disputes will be handled per the arbitration and jurisdiction terms outlined in CruiseVacationsHub’s Terms of Service, available on our website.
