2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CruiseVacationsHub and the selected cruise line. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking ID and confirmation email.
  • Payments: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the cruise line’s policy. Payments must be made via approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or CruiseVacationsHub account credit).
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices include only the services explicitly listed in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the CruiseVacationsHub Refund Policy (available on our website). Key points include:

  • Guest-initiated cancellations may incur fees or result in Future Cruise Credits (FCC) based on the timing of the cancellation.
  • CruiseVacationsHub or cruise line cancellations entitle you to a full refund or FCC, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  • No refunds apply for no-shows, incomplete travel, or early disembarkation.

You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records, etc.) are valid and meet the requirements of the cruise line and destination countries. CruiseVacationsHub is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: You must comply with all health protocols mandated by CruiseVacationsHub, the cruise line, or destination authorities, including vaccinations, testing, or mask requirements.
  • Medical Conditions: You must disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking. CruiseVacationsHub and the cruise line reserve the right to refuse boarding if your condition poses a safety risk.
  • Safety Protocols: You agree to follow all onboard safety instructions, including emergency drills and crew directives.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • CruiseVacationsHub’s Role: CruiseVacationsHub acts as an intermediary between you and the cruise line. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of the cruise line or third-party service providers (e.g., shore excursion operators).
  • Force Majeure: CruiseVacationsHub is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or mechanical failures.
  • Limitation of Liability: CruiseVacationsHub’s liability for any claim (e.g., loss, injury, or delay) is limited to the amount paid for the cruise fare, subject to applicable law.

7. Conduct and Compliance

You agree to comply with all cruise line rules, including dress codes, smoking policies, and prohibitions on illegal activities. CruiseVacationsHub or the cruise line may remove you from the vessel without refund for non-compliance or disruptive behavior.

Shore excursions and other third-party services booked through CruiseVacationsHub are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. CruiseVacationsHub is not responsible for the performance, safety, or cancellation of these services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
